Baked Rolls

(6 rolls)

 

Knead 250 grams of flour, 140 millilitres of warm water and 10 grams of yeast in 5 minutes into a yeast sponge, cover it with a towel and let it prove for 30 minutes. Flour, Yeast and Water

Flour, Sugar, Salt and Butter Knead 125 grams of flour, 5 grams of salt, 10 grams of sugar and 5 grams of butter into the dough in 10 minutes, cover it with a towel and let it prove for additional 30 minutes.

Cut a cross in each roll, sprinkle them with one tablespoon of milk, cover them with plastic wrap and let them prove for at least 30 minutes (or over night).

Sprinkle the rolls with water and bake them for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Mascarpone Bacon Filled Pumpkin with Parmesan Cheese and Dried Tomatoes

Mascarpone Bacon Filled Pumpkin with Parmesan Cheese and Dried Tomatoes

(2 servings)

 

Wash four baking potatoes and one red kuri squash. Half the squash and remove the seeds with a spoon.

Place the vegetables in a oven dish and sprinkle with two tablespoons of olive oil and one teaspoon of salt and pepper.

Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

Garlic and Sage Bacon In a pan roast 150 grams of bacon dice with one teaspoon of dried sage and one teaspoon of granulated garlic.

Tangerine Cake

Beat 60 grams of margarine, 160 grams of sugar and one egg until light and fluffy.

Drain one can of tangerines and stir the fruit pieces in.

Light and Fluffy Butter with Sugar, Eggs and Tangerine
Flour and Desiccated Coconut Stir 200 grams of flour, 5 grams of baking powder and 20 grams of desiccated coconut in.

Bake in a greased loaf pan for 45 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.

Stand cake 5 minutes before turning.

Steamed Apples

Steamed Apples

(2 servings)

 

Wash, core and slice two apples.

In a pan heat one tablespoon of butter and add the apple slices.

Add one tablespoon of cane sugar and one tablespoon of lemon juice and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve with one cup of vanilla cream and decorate with almondsĀ and chocolate sauce.

Pasta with Spinach Sauce

Pasta with Spinach Sauce

(2 servings)

 

Peel and dice one onion.

In a pot heat one tablespoon of olive oil and cook the onions translucent.

Canned Tomatoes Add one can of tomatoes
and 500 grams of defrosted chopped spinach. Spinach on Tomato Sauce
Sour Cream and Tomato Paste

Add one cup of sour cream, one tablespoon of tomato paste and salt and pepper.

Serve with 250 grams of cooked pasta and grated parmesan cheese.

Cider Pork Stew

Cider Pork Stew

Peel and dice two onion and cook translucent in one tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Add 500 grams of pork chops in small pieces and stir-fry.

Celery Root, Potatoe and Carrot Pieces

Peel and cut 500 grams of potatoes, 500 grams of carrots and half a celery root into pieces.

Put the vegetable pieces into the pot.

Add one cup of apple cider and one cup of vegetable stock and spice with salt, pepper and one teaspoon of majoram.

Let it cook with medium heat for 20 minutes.

Add one cup of cream and one teaspoon of mustard. Let simmer for additional 10 minutes.

Serve with parsley.
