| Melt 180 grams of white chocolate in a bain-marie. |

Kepp the chocolate in the bain-marine for seven hours until it turns blonde. |
| Grind 40 coffee beans and 10 cardamom pods. |

Mix 250g of flour, 100g of brown sugar, 100g of white sugar, one teaspoon of baking powder and the grinded coffee beans. |
| Add 150g of margarine, one egg, the blonde chocolate and 200g of coconut flakes and knead the ingredients to a dough. |
