Potato Muffin

 potatoes Cook 500 grams of potatoes in water for 20 minutes.
Peel and mash the potatoes.  mashed_potatoes
 butter Mix 80 grams of butter and one pinch of curcuma.
Add eight egg yolks.  egg_yolk
 flour Fold in 120 grams of starch and 80 grams of flour.
Add the mixture, one pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper to the potato mash.  mash_butter
 IMG_20160330_122048398 Whip eight egg whites and add them to the potato mash.

Grease 24 muffin cups.

Add one teaspoon of the mixture into each and bake them for 5 minutes at 250 degrees Celsius.

 second_layer Repeat the procedure with the rest of the dough.
Turn out the muffins.  potatoe_muffin
