Knead 200 grams of flour, 100 millilitres of water, one tablespoon of olive oil and one teaspoon of salt to a dough.
Roll out the dough and put it on a baking paper covered baking tray.
Spread one cup of crème fraîche and one teaspoon of pepper on the dough.
Peel and slice two onions, put them in a colander and dash them with boiling water.
Spread the onion slices and 100 grams of diced bacon on the crème fraîche.
Bake the Tarte Flambée for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
