Muffins with steamed Apples

Steamed Apple Muffins

Peel and dice one kilogram of sour apples.

Put the apples together with 100 grams of brown sugar and one glass of Calvados in a pot and bring it to a boil.

Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and leave the apples to cool down.

Sponge Mixture Mix 125 grams of margarine, 300 grams of sugar, six eggs, 250 grams of flour, one tablespoon of baking powder and 100 grams of grounded almonds.

Unbaked Steamed Apple Muffins Put the dough in muffin forms, sprinkle the muffins with cinnamon sugar and bake them at 200 degrees Celsius forĀ 30 minutes.
