Stuffed Peppers with Bruschetta

Stuffed Peppers with Bruschetta

(4 servings)
Mix 500 grams of minced meat with 150 grams of diced Feta cheese, one bunch of chopped parsley, one teaspoon of paprika powder and salt and pepper to taste. Mincemeat, Feta cheese and Parsley
Stuffed Peppers Stuff the mixture into six halved pointed peppers.
Place the stuffed peppers on a oven tray, spatter them with one tablespoon of olive oil and bake them for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Stuffed Peppers on Oven Tray
Blanched Onions Dash (blanch) one diced onion with hot water, remove the water and add 300 grams of diced tomatoes, 300 grams of diced cucumber and salt and pepper to taste.

Bake four slices of bruschetta bread for two minutes. Prebaked Bread
Bruschetta Dash each slice of bruschetta bread with olive oil and spread a quarter of the vegetable mixture on top, then bake the bruschetta for about 5 minutes.

Zucchini in Beer Dough

Mozzarella Stuffed Egg Plant in Bear Dough

(14 pieces)

 

Mix four tablespoons of flour, two egg yolks, 100 millilitres of beer and one teaspoon of vegetable oil. Bear and Flour

Zucchini Cut two zucchinis into 28 slices.
Cut two mozzarella balls into 14 slices and spice them with marjoram, salt and pepper. Spiced Mozzarella Slices
Mozzarella Stuffed Zucchini Put one mozzarella slice between each two zucchini slices.
Dip the stuffed zucchinis in the beer dough. Zucchini in Beer Dough

Cheesy Appetizers

(4 servings)

Cheese Balls

Mix one package of cream cheese with one tablespoon of ketchup and one tablespoon of dried parsley. Freeze the mixture for 10 minutes.

Form small balls and coat with one handful of breadcrumbs.

Stuffed Dates

Mix 100 grams of goat cheese with one tablespoon of sour creme and one tablespoon of bacon salt and stuff 25 dried dates with the mixture.
