Plum Bacon Cake with Chives

(1 cake)

 

In a bowl mix 150 grams of flour and one tablespoon of baking powder. Flour and Baking Powder
Milk, Eggs and Oil Add one glass of milk, 100 millilitres of vegetable oil and three eggs.
Fold in 100 grams of grated cheese, 100 grams of diced dried plums, 200 grams of diced bacon, one handful of sliced chives and salt and pepper to taste. Bacon, Plums, Cheese and Chives
Dough Fill the dough in a loaf pan and bake the cake at 160 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.

White Chocolate Marzipan Scones

Put 250 grams of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 100 grams of grated marzipan and 75 grams of grated white chocolate in a large bowl. Flour, Chocolate and Marzipan
Orange Juice and Cream Mix 100 millilitres of freshly squeezed orange juice with 100 millilitres of cream.
Knead the dry and wet ingredients to a dough. Dough
Rolled out Dough Roll out the dough and cut out circles with a espresso cup.
Place the scones on a baking tray and dab them with milk. Unbaked Scones
White Chocolate Marzipan Scones Bake the scones for 13 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius and serve them with clotted cream and jam.

Baked Rolls

Knead 250 grams of flour, 140 millilitres of warm water and 10 grams of yeast in 5 minutes into a yeast sponge, cover it with a towel and let it prove for 30 minutes. Flour, Yeast and Water

Flour, Sugar, Salt and Butter Knead 125 grams of flour, 5 grams of salt, 10 grams of sugar and 5 grams of butter into the dough in 10 minutes, cover it with a towel and let it prove for additional 30 minutes.
Roll Dough Roll Dough after 30 minutes
Form six bread rolls and place them on a oven tray, cover them with a towel and let them prove for 15 minutes. Unbaked Rolls

Cut a cross in each roll, sprinkle them with one tablespoon of milk, cover them with plastic wrap and let them prove for at least 30 minutes (or over night).

Sprinkle the rolls with water and bake them for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
