Spice Cake

Whisk 150 grams of margarine, 75 grams of white sugar, 75 grams of cane sugar and 2 tablespoons of honey until light and fluffy. margarine_and_sugar

Mix 350 grams of flour, 100 grams of grounded almonds, one tablespoon of baking powder, two tablespoons of cocoa and three teaspoons of your favorite Christmas spices. flour_almonds_spices

Add one glass of milk.  milk
doughii  Fold in the rest of the dry ingredients.
Place the dough in a buttered oven dish and bake it for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.  unbaked_cake
chocolate  Melt 200 grams of dark chocolate with one tablespoon of copha.

Rhubarb Meringue Pie with Ice Cream

 rhubarb  Peel and dice 500 grams of rhubarb and mix it with sugar.

Pina Colada Cupcakes

Blonde Cocos Cookies

Baked Blonde Cocos Coffee Cookies

Melt 180 grams of white chocolate in a bain-marie. White Chocolate
Blonde Chocolate Kepp the chocolate in the bain-marine for seven hours until it turns blonde.
Grind 40 coffee beans and 10 cardamom pods. Coffee Beans and Cardamom
Dry ingredients Mix 250g of flour, 100g of brown sugar, 100g of white sugar, one teaspoon of baking powder and the grinded coffee beans.
Add 150g of margarine, one egg, the blonde chocolate and 200g of coconut flakes and knead the ingredients to a dough. Wet ingredients
