Milk Rice Ice Cream with Strawberries

Bring three cups of milk, one cup of cream, one cup of sugar and one pinch of salt to a boil.
Add one cup of rice pudding rice and simmer for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool down and fold in two tablespoons of orange liqueur and two cups of whipped cream.
Wash, remove the stalks and dice 750 grams of strawberries.
Place half of the strawberries, two tablespoons of icing sugar, one tablespoon of orange liqueur and one tablespoon of lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
Puree the mixture.
In a flat bowl place one third of the milk rice,  half of the strawberry puree and half of the strawberry dice.
Repeat the layering.
Freeze overnight.
Move the milk rice ice to room temperature two hours before serving.

Strawberry Yogurt Ice Cream

Wash 250 g of strawberries, dice them, mix them with one cup of icing sugar and place them in the fridge over night.
Whisk two eggs and one cup of icing sugar until light and fluffy.
Add two cups of cream and continue whisking.
Add one cup of yogurt and continue whisking
Drain the sirup from the strawberries into the cream mixture.
Place the cream mixture in an ice cream maker.
Chop 150 grams of chocolate and fold it under the ice cream.
Add the strawberries.

Mango Tiramisu

egg_white_and_sugar Whisk 4 egg whites and 25 grams of white sugar until stiff.
Whisk 4 egg yolks and 50 grams of white sugar until light and fluffy. egg_yolks
Stir in 500 grams of curd, 500 grams of mascarpone and the egg whites. quark

mango  Peel and dice 2 mangos.
 Puree 3/4 of the mango dices with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. mango_diced
mango_puree  Boil 66 milliliters of white wine and 1.5 tablespoons of brown sugar into syrup.
 Stir in one soaked sheet of gelatin, 2 tablespoons of orange liqueur, the mango puree and the mango dices. gelantine

coffee  Put one cup of coffee in a deep plate. Dip 250 grams of ladyfingers in the coffee.
  Place the soaked ladyfingers on the bottom of a large bowl. bowl
creme_layer  Distribute 1/3 of the cream, the mango purree and another 1/3 of the cream on the soaked ladyfingers.

 Place 250 grams of ladyfingers on top.  biscuits

Baked Barberry Apples

Soak 70 grams of barberry overnight in 50 ml of orange juice. barberry

 apples Wash 5 apples (Boskoop), cut out the core and place them in a greased mold
Knead the barberries with 70 grams chopped almonds, 70 grams marzipan and a pinch of cinnamon and fill in the apples.  almond_mixture

 butter Put one teaspoon of butter on each apple.
Bake the apples for 25 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.  baked
 vanilla_sauce Cook a custard out of 750 ml of milk, 40 g of vanilla sugar and 40 g of starch and serve with the baked apples.

White Chocolate Plum Powerballs

Place 40 grams of oatmeal in a blender. oatmeal
dried_plums Add 100 grams of dried plums, 50 grams of white chocolate, 3 teaspoons of chia seeds and 3 teaspoons of almond flour.

White Chocolate Marzipan Scones

White Chocolate Marzipan Scones

Put 250 grams of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 100 grams of grated marzipan and 75 grams of grated white chocolate in a large bowl. Flour, Chocolate and Marzipan
Orange Juice and Cream Mix 100 millilitres of freshly squeezed orange juice with 100 millilitres of cream.
Knead the dry and wet ingredients to a dough. Dough
Rolled out Dough Roll out the dough and cut out circles with a espresso cup.
Place the scones on a baking tray and dab them with milk. Unbaked Scones
White Chocolate Marzipan Scones Bake the scones for 13 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius and serve them with clotted cream and jam.
