Pasta with Sesame Hokkaido and Spinach

(2 servings)

 

Cook 250 grams of pasta in boiling water for the recommended cooking time.

In a pan with two tablespoon of vegetable oil cook one peeled and diced onion translucent.

Wash one hokkaido, half it and remove the seeds with a spoon, then dice it. Add the pumpkin pieces to the onion and stir-fry them.

Add 250 grams of frozen spinach and let it defrost. Spice with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta and put it on plates together with the vegetables and drizzle with 150 grams of diced feta cheese and two tablespoons of sesame.

Baked Parsley Root with Garlic Dip

Baked Parsley Root with Garlic Dip

(2 servings)

 

Peel 500 grams of parsley root and one red onion. Wash three capsicums.

Slice the vegetables and place them on a oven tray. Sprinkle with one teaspoon of dried thyme, one teaspoon of dries rosemary, three tablespoon of olive oil and salt and pepper.

Bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour.

Feta Cheese with Grounded Garlic

Blend 250 grams of yoghurt, 200 grams of feta and one teaspoon of grounded garlic.

Serve the baked vegetables with fresh baked ciabatta bread and the feta dip.

Beefsteak with Thyme

In a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil sear four beef steaks. Sear Meat

Add one teaspoon of dried thyme, four bay leaves and four teaspoons of butter.

Cover the pan with kitchen foil and bake it at 120 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.

 

Caramelized Carrots

Cook half an onion in one tablespoon of butter and one tablespoon of sugar translucent Caramelize Onions

Peel and slice four carrots and add them together with 125 millilitres of stock to the caramelized onions.

Cook the carrots for 15 minutes. Then add one handful of parsley.

 

Mediterranean Hollandaise

Bring 150 grams of butter to a boil and wait until the whey separates. Clearify Butter

Serve with potatoes.

Cook 250 grams of pasta according to the package description.

Remove the outer leaves of one red cabbage, remove the stem and cut it into fine stripes.

In a big pan cook one peeled and diced red onion translucent in one tablespoon olive oil.

Add the sliced red cabbage and roast it gently.

Baked Pumpkin and Parsley Root Soup with Meatballs

Peel and slice 500 grams of parsley root. Peeled and Sliced Parsley Root

Baked Vegetables Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.

Place the baked vegetables together with four cooked and diced potatoes in a pot and add two stock cubes and 800 millilitres of water.

Bring the soup to a boil.

Pureed Vegetable Soup Blend the vegetables and serve with roasted garlic onions and meatballs.

 

Sausage Meatballs with Roasted Garlic Onions

 

Form small balls out of the minced meat stuffed into a sausage (300 grams) and roast them in one tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Add one peeled and diced onion and one teaspoon of garlic powder and roast them together.

Meat Casserole with Baked Potato and Celery Mash

Cut 500 grams of meat into pieces and place them in a oven dish.

Add one tablespoon of thyme, two bay leafs and salt and pepper.

Add one grossly chopped onion and douse with one glass of red wine.

Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.

Peel and dice 500 grams of potatoes and half a celery root. Cook the vegetable dices for 30 minutes in water.

Drain the vegetables and add one tablespoon of butter and one teaspoon of grounded nutmeg.

Mash the vegetables.
