Creme brulee

Beat 5 egg yolks with 80 g of sugar and 1 tsp vanilla until frothy.
Stir in 400 ml of cream and 140 ml of milk.
Pour the mixture into 5 ovenproof dishes.
Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 55 minutes.
Put 1 tablespoon of sugar on each dish and flambé.
