| Place two branches of rosemary in a large jug. |

Peel and slice one tuber of ginger. |
| Add the sliced ginger. |

Add one cinnamon stick, 3 g of dried sage and 3 g of ground anise. |

| Cut one lemon in half and afterwards into eighths. |

Add the lemon and crush everything with a pestle. |
