Cut three buns into cubes and cover them with half a cup of milk.Let it soak for at least one hour.
 
In a pan cook one diced onion translucent in one tablespoon of butter.
Bread Dumpling Dough
Bread Dumpling dough with Egg and Herbs Add the onions, two eggs, a handful of parsley, a teaspoon of salt and two tablespoons of flour.Knead two a dough, if necessary add more flour.
 
Form six dumplings with wet fingers and cook them for 20 minutes in boiling water. The dumplings are done when they raise to the surface.
