Cook 250 grams of pasta according to the package description.
Remove the outer leaves of one red cabbage, remove the stem and cut it into fine stripes.

In a big pan cook one peeled and diced red onion translucent in one tablespoon olive oil.
Add the sliced red cabbage and roast it gently.

In a greased oven dish layer the cooked pasta and the roasted red cabbage. |
| Cover with 125 grams of sliced mozzarella and 125 grams of grated Parmesan cheese. |
