Baked Pasta with Red Cabbage and Thyme

(3 servings)

 

Cook 250 grams of pasta according to the package description.

Remove the outer leaves of one red cabbage, remove the stem and cut it into fine stripes.

Red Cabbage on Translucent Red Onions

In a big pan cook one peeled and diced red onion translucent in one tablespoon olive oil.

Add the sliced red cabbage and roast it gently.

Add half a cup of raisins, half a cup of water, one tablespoon of thyme and salt and pepper. Roasted Red Cabbage with Raisins and Thyme
Layered Pasta and Red Cabbage In a greased oven dish layer the cooked pasta and the roasted red cabbage.
Cover with 125 grams of sliced mozzarella and 125 grams of grated Parmesan cheese. Parmesan Mozzarella Crust
Baked Red Cabbage Casserole Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
